Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms are intended to set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between 별의별에이아이 (the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of the OfferMate service (the “Service”) operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• “Service” means all online services provided by the Company, including AI-based resume and cover letter generation, interview preparation, and template downloads.
• “Member” means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• “Paid Service” means a service for which a separate fee is charged, such as token top-ups. “Tokens” are in-service units deducted when you use AI generation features after topping up.
• “Content” means AI-generated outputs created through the Service, such as resumes, cover letters, and interview questions.

Article 3 (Registration and Account)

• You can sign up and sign in with an email and password or with a Kakao or Google account. You can also sign in with a link sent to your email.
• One account per person is the rule, and you may not register using another person's information.
• Members are obligated to keep their account information secure and are responsible for any damage caused by account theft.

Article 4 (Service Content)

The Company provides the following services.

• Automatic AI resume generation — Korean, English, Japanese, with a range of resume templates
• AI cover letter generation
• Interview question generation and answer analysis
• Download in PDF and Word formats
• Expert 1:1 consulting — delivered by an expert contracted by the Company
• Other services added by the Company

Article 5 (Paid Services and Payment)

• The Company sells exactly one paid product — token top-ups — and every purchase is a one-time payment. The Company does not sell auto-renewing subscription products of any kind, so there is no automatic billing, renewal, or cancellation process.
• Tokens are purchased in the packages shown on the pricing page. They are credited to your account immediately and are deducted per feature when you use AI generation. Purchased tokens are valid for 3 months from the top-up date.
• Domestic (Korea) payments are processed by our payment gateway NHN KCP by credit or debit card and by easy pay (KakaoPay, NaverPay, TossPay, SamsungPay). International payments are processed by Stripe by credit or debit card. Payment-related disputes are subject to the policies of the relevant payment gateway and card issuer.
• Expert 1:1 consulting is paid for with tokens rather than a separate charge, and tokens are deducted when the booking is confirmed.
• The refund policy is governed by the separate Refund Policy page.

Article 6 (Member Obligations)

• You must not enter another person's personal information without authorization or use the Service to do so.
• The user is ultimately responsible for reviewing the accuracy and suitability of AI-generated outputs.
• You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or interfere with the Company's operations.

Article 7 (Changes and Suspension of Service)

The Company may change or suspend the content of the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons. Material changes will be announced in advance through in-service notices.

Article 8 (Termination)

• Members may request to withdraw at any time through customer support (business@getoffermate.com).
• If a member violates these Terms, the Company may restrict use or terminate the agreement without prior notice.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

• The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated resumes, cover letters, interview answers, and the like.
• The Company does not guarantee the employment outcomes a member may expect from using the Service.
• The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or governmental measures. However, where a member cannot use a paid service because of reasons attributable to the Company (service failure, error, etc.), a refund is guaranteed under Section 6 of the Refund Policy.
• Expert 1:1 consulting is a service provided by the Company, and the Company is responsible for delivering it to the Member. If a session is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the Company, including an expert failing to attend, the Company will issue a refund and, if the Member wishes, will discuss assigning another expert.
• Consulting does not guarantee employment or a successful outcome; an expert’s opinions are reference information.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes related to these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Uijeongbu District Court shall be the court of first instance with jurisdiction.
