Each time you use an AI feature such as resume generation or interview analysis, tokens are deducted at the rate in the table above. PDF/Word downloads, editing, and saving are free.
02Do my tokens expire?+
Purchased tokens are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Use them freely within that window, and top up again whenever you need to keep going.
03Can I get a refund?+
Unused tokens are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, email support at business@getoffermate.com.
04Can you issue a tax invoice?+
If you're a business, email business@getoffermate.com after purchasing to request a tax invoice.
